Step 1 - Sign up for alerts - If you haven't yet, please like our business page to get all the updates! https://www.facebook.com/welikerocks . This will also give you a heads up on our giveaways!
Step 2 - Tune into one of our Facebook Live videos - Every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 pm EST til around 11 pm EST.
Step 3 - Comment Sold ! - When you see something you want to purchase, comment "SOLD" with the item # and description in the live video comments. (You will know you're in the right comments when you see a ton of other people chatting and commenting - if you don't see everyone chatting, click on the actual video to bring you to the live chat window)
Step 4 - Open an Order - When you comment "SOLD" on a product during a live show, you start your "box". Your order will stay open unless you ask us to close it before the sale is over. Our sales normally run Monday to 11 pm EST Thursday. On Friday we pack everyone's orders and then send out invoices in the afternoon.
Step 5 - Receive your invoice - Receive a Facebook message and an e-mail of your PayPal invoice. We use PayPal because it protects both our customers and us. We never see your credit card or bank information, only PayPal does. :)
Step 6 - Pay your invoice - You will have until midnight Saturday to pay your PayPal invoice.
Step 7 - Receive your order - We ship in USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes. If your order fits safely in a small flat rate box shipping is $9. If your order requires a medium flat rate box, shipping is $17. Sometimes when we invoice we aren't sure whether your order will fit in a small box, so we will charge you $17. If on packing day we do get your order into a small box and we charged you $17, we will refund you $8.
